Short version: we only use what you send us to reply to you, we track nothing, and you can always ask us to show or delete what we hold.

What we collect, and why
When you send us a message through the contact form we receive the details you fill in: your name, email address, the company you name, the scan you are interested in and your message. We use these details for one purpose only: to respond to your message and, if you ask for a scan, to prepare that conversation. The legal basis is your consent and, once we are discussing an engagement, the steps needed before entering a contract.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and shows no tracking pixels.
Delivery and storage
Messages from the form are delivered to our mailbox by a transactional email provider acting as our processor and are stored in our email system. We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your question, and at most two years after our last contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer or an engagement follows.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to our use of it. Mail [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
