One shared European company register for compliance.
Every company hands over the same paperwork again in every chain. Novaro Register records those details once, at their source: the facts from the trade register, what the company adds itself, and your assessment in your own file.
This field is disabled, so it searches nothing. You read the register inside Novaro Compliance, where your own file and the released details come together.

What the register does
Search for a company
Search by trade name or place of business. That search happens inside Novaro Compliance, because the answer depends on who you are and on what the company has released.
Every detail at its source
A detail carries where it came from and when it was retrieved. What comes from public registration, nobody gets to touch up.
Filled in once, not again per chain
A supplier completes its own card and decides who may see which detail, instead of sending the same paperwork to every customer separately.
Your weighting stays yours
Your risk class and your notes sit in your own file. They do not travel to somebody else's card and they are never quietly summarised into a score.
How it works
- At the source
A company is listed on facts
The basis comes from public registration: trade name, place of business and registration, with the source and the date of retrieval beside it. Nobody gets to touch that part up.
- With consent
The supplier completes its own card
A supplier receives an invitation and answers the questions in its own card: certificates, policies and the contact person who owns them. It decides per detail what it releases; what it keeps closed, the register does not share.
- In your own file
You judge in your own file
Your weighting, your risk class and your notes stay inside your organisation. The register carries the facts, you carry the judgement, and they stay apart.
What we do here, and what we do not
A register about other companies calls for restraint, so the starting point is closed. A company card is private unless the company itself points out which detail may be shared, and with whom.
Your judgement about a supplier is not a public figure about that company. It stays in your file, it does not travel to somebody else's card, and it is never quietly summarised into a score.
We will build a publicly searchable register once the legal grounding is in place and there is a staffed route to have a mistake corrected. As long as that is missing, there is no search here, and we promise none.
No access yet? Request it, and we will look together at what your organisation gets out of it today.
- From public registration
- Trade name, place of business and registration, with the source and date beside it.
- From the company itself
- Certificates, policies and answers, visible to whoever the company designates.
- Yours alone
- Your assessment, your risk class and your notes, inside your organisation.
Every detail carries its origin, including when there is nothing there yet.
Put your chain's paperwork in one place.
Tell us which suppliers you work with and where handing over evidence gets stuck. Then we will show you what the register does for you today, and what is still empty.
