Our engagements are governed by the agreements we record with you. Below you can read which terms apply, how we handle your personal data and where to reach us with questions.
What applies to our engagements
For current and new engagements, the agreements in your own contract with us apply: the quotation, order confirmation or contract you received from us and signed. If something is not covered there, we record it with you before we start work. No rights can be derived from this page.
Personal data
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy statement; it applies independently of these terms.
If you need something in writing
If your own procurement or compliance file needs a written record, we will send you the agreements that apply to your situation. Just ask and we will arrange it.
