What will appear here
The general terms and conditions of Novaro Group B.V. are currently being reviewed by a lawyer. Once they are settled, we will publish the full text on this page, with a version marker and the date from which that version applies. Earlier versions will remain available on request.
What applies until then
For current and new engagements, the agreements in your own contract with us apply: the quotation, order confirmation or contract you received from us and signed. If something is not covered there, we record it with you before we start work. No rights can be derived from this page.
Personal data
How we handle personal data is already settled. You can read that in our privacy statement; it applies independently of these terms and is not changed by this page.
If you need something in writing now
If your own procurement or compliance file needs a written record right now, we will send you the agreements that apply to your situation. Just ask and we will arrange it.
